3. Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
By opting in to our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Penguin AI Automation. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance or reach out directly to support@penguinaiautomation.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
4. Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Other Information Sharing
We may share your non-SMS-related information with:
- Service providers assisting us with operations such as hosting, analytics, and customer support
- Legal authorities when required by law
- Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
